My Journey to Mindfulness

It is my mission to assist and support anyone interested in beginning and maintaining a mindfulness meditation practice. I am not affiliated with any one particular religion or tradition. I teach mindfulness in a way that appeals to anyone looking for inner peace and Self awareness. I can’t wait to meet you in the present moment!

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is noticing thoughts, feelings, emotions, and sensations as they are happening. It is the practice of paying attention to the present moment with open awareness and acceptance. When we practice mindfulness we notice whatever is happening, pleasant or unpleasant, without grasping, rejecting, engaging, defending, distracting or numbing.  The practice of mindfulness can lead to a greater self awareness and a rediscovering of the true nature of our experience.
