Weekday Morning Live Guided Meditations on Zoom

Beginning a serious fitness routine after a long sedentary lifestyle is hard to do without support and guidance. Often we join a gym or hire a personal trainer to help us achieve our fitness goals. Similarly, if you have never actively worked your concentration or mindfulness muscle, then joining a meditation group with a live teacher can be of great help. Making meditation into a daily routine takes discipline and commitment. Many of us start a meditation routine but give it up after a couple weeks, or meditate too infrequently to realize any benefits. To get started and committed to a daily meditation practice,  join this LIVE ON-LINE MORNING MEDITATION group. From the comfort of your own home, you can be guided into the present moment with a live instructor. These sessions are 30 minutes long and are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:30am- 7:00am.  In addition to the guided meditations you can reach out to me for personal support via email or videoconferencing.  Download the free on-line video conferencing app Zoom.Us and join this live meditation. Everyone is muted, and depending on your preference, your video can be turned ON or OFF.   Membership can be cancelled at any time.
